Acquired in 2021, the property was custom-built for one of its current occupants. After partial vacancy, the fund adapted the asset to meet market demands. In 2024, after reducing vacancy, the fund partially sold the property to a former local competitor, the owner of a neighboring property. As part of the negotiation, the fund acquired a stake in the neighboring property, becoming a partner of the former competitor. The fund is the majority owner, holding 51%, or 24,501.42 m², of the gross leasable area of the 48,000 m² warehouse. In addition, it has a CCTV system, fire suppression system, generator for common areas, a social area and 24-hour security.
