Following its Nasdaq IPO in 2021, Patria expanded its platform across multiple asset classes and geographies. In 2022, Patria acquired a 50% stake in VBI Real Estate and, in 2024, completed the acquisition of the remaining stake, while also integrating the HG funds into its real estate portfolio. As a result, Patria consolidated itself as the largest manager of real estate investment funds in Brazil, with over BRL 23 billion in real estate assets under management in the country.

Patria’s Real Estate division, under the leadership of Rodrigo Abbud and the portfolio management teams of VBI and HG, serves approximately 1 million shareholders, more than 500 tenants, and more than 200 properties across over 30 listed REITs on B3 and 2 REITs traded over-the-counter. The platform includes some of the main funds in the market, such as HGLG11, the largest Logistics fund, HGRU11, the first Street Retail fund, and PVBI11, the largest Corporate Office fund in Brazil.

We combine the management experience of the VBI and HG teams with Patria’s expertise as a leading alternative investment firm in Latin America, to enhance real estate business in the market, expanding the reach of its fund offerings.
