Acquired by the fund in 2012, the complex of warehouses has approximately 14,400 m² of leasable area. It is located in the south zone of São Paulo and is mainly occupied by companies in the chemical/pharmaceutical sector, where several laboratories of companies in this industry sector operate. In addition, it has a laboratory complex, air conditioning, restaurant and cafeteria, 24-hour security, CCTV system, bicycle parking and central reception.
