Cone G03 is one of the assets resulting from two of the fund’s strategies: shared ownership with a local partner and proprietary development. Construction of the warehouse began in 2023 and was completed in 2024. The asset was pre-leased and customized for a large e-commerce company. The warehouse is located in the CONE Multimodal complex, in the municipality of Cabo de Santo Agostinho (PE), and has direct access to the BR 101 highway. It has AAA rating and more than 71,000 m² of gross leasable area, of which the fund owns approximately 57,000 m². In addition, it has a cafeteria, 24-hour security, CCTV system, sprinklers and fire hydrants.
