HGLG Itupeva G200
Part of the fund’s strategy to develop new warehouses, this was the first of three projects to be completed in the HGLG Itupeva complex. The G200 warehouse was finished in 2023 and has approximately 90,000 m² of gross leasable area, which is currently 100% leased. It offers easy access to the Rodovia dos Bandeirantes highway and, like HGLG Itupeva G100, it is located near important cities in the interior of São Paulo state, such as Campinas, Louveira, Valinhos and Vinhedo. In addition, it has a sprinkler system, 24-hour security, CCTV system, armored gatehouse with security airlocks, auditorium, meeting rooms, VIP cafeteria, LEED certification and support areas for truck drivers.
