The Araucária property, acquired by the fund in December 2019, currently has over 48,000 m² of GLA and is strategically located in the Curitiba metropolitan region, near the southern bypass (BR-376), the region’s main highway. The property underwent a retrofit and an initial expansion in 2021, when new loading docks were added to the warehouse, transforming it into a cross-docking facility. It has a restaurant, cafeteria, auditorium and meeting rooms.
